Practicum Objectives
My main objective for this practicum was to learn how a non-governmental global healh agency operates in a developing country. Other objectives to be achieved and skills to be leared included:

Database managemnt using SAS 9.4

Developing research questions, conducting data analyses, and generating reports on findings for various studies

Becoming familiair with the Ethics Committees of the EsSalud health system

Helping develop an instrument that will assess the barriers and facilitators to sustain an ethical review board

Learning the logisitcs of developing collaborations globally with governmental entitites

Learning about the impact INCAAS has on the research community in Peru and in becoming the primary site for drug addiction research
